There are very few published general pulp RPG adventures to either run players through, else be harvested for inspirational material.

There was only one adventure published for the venerable Justice Inc, "Trail of the Gold Spike". Daredevils had a handful, ditto the two variations of the Indiana Jones RPG franchise.

Any-System Key
Griffon Publishing Studios has published its Any-System Key, which is a system for comparing task difficulties and character stats that is adaptable to almost any game engine.

Pulp Egypt -- A sourcebook for Egypt in the Pulp Era.
The Charioteer's Tomb -- An Any-System Key adventure set in Pulp Egypt
Enemies on the Horizon -- Another Any-System Key adventure in Pulp Egypt

Call of Cthulhu
Call Of Cthulhu, while taking place a decade earlier than the conventional Pulp Era, has several adventures available, both commerical and PDF examples. While Pulp Cthulhu is still awaiting publication,a couple of on-line examples from the Hard Boiled Cthulhu Campaign can be found here:
